Currently fighting a zombie giant tiger in a marketplace, it has already killed several merchants and a few soldiers. The soldiers and merchants with good weapons need to grow some balls and help out. I'm holding my own, but um, I'm kind of wishing I had gotten a blunt weapon and an axe, I'm using two finely crafted quality long swords.

Finally killed the thing, however, for some reason, my slaying of the zombie tiger did not register as a rumor for some reason. It's marked in my kill list though.

On a quest to spread the word  for of the Mountains of Oiling The Chinchilla God of mountains and volcanoes I accidentally discovered a vault.
oh dear.
What should I do?

The game logs file and a copy of the save may very well be enough for toady to figure out the cause of the fight. As long as you're playing on the latest version, anyway.

Right now I'm playing as my most successful v0.40 adventurer to date. He started out normal, but then someone told him about a vampire he could kill. He killed it and drank its blood, becoming a vampire. All of my successful v0.34 adventurers were vampires, so I figured I was on the right track.

This guy is now a swordsmaster with over a hundred kills. He once killed a goblin lord with a figurine of himself. He still can't handle bogeymen, though. Right now, I'm trying to find a forgotten beast in a dwarven fortress.

Well I just started my adventure with a human..
And i found out that the family of the lord got kidnapped by goblins.
So now here begins my quest to bring them back and i have a dwarf companion with me!

Just survived getting shot and passing out somehow.

The morale is really strange i had bandits follow me trying to talk to me but not attack it was pretty creepy. I attacked who i thought was the leader and made him and his buddy panic. They were the "army" dot on the map.

The crossbowman shot me in the chest and leg and i passed out but after the fleeing bandits ran by him he stopped going to finish me and ran lol.

I killed my first titan in a fair fight.

If you can call it that. It was a towering winged blob. . . made of steam. I literally bashed it in half with a wooden shield.

In my new world there are no more civilization, except for goblin ones. So I keep starting uman outsiders in an attempt to obtain equipment and eliminate every single green guy on the planet. Until now, I have a K/D ratio of 1/5, but I won't give up. I WILL find them. Although usually bogeymen find me first...

(Maybe the fact that the only possible spawn is in an empty dark fortress with hours of travel in trenches before any kind of fast travel is allowed IS a small problem).

Made the mistake of killing some goblins at the edge of a dark fortress before heading to the centre. Now it's running at less than 1fps and I can't fast travel without walking out of here, and I don't want to think of how long that would take.

They'll panic and cause lag anyway even without you killing them.

I actually find those areas to be LESS laggy on the way out after I kill some of them in those little towers or otherwise scare them into stampeding
