My new adventurer, Woge, the one noted above who was injured by a dead parrot, is a swordsman.

He just went to his first town and found "The Convent of Oiling" ...I think I saw a Monty Python sketch like this once...but sadly there are no lusty maidens in the temple. Onward then I guess.

I discovered the whole

Attack spills the guts > wrestle with free hand > grab the guts > pinch the guts > guts fly off in an arc > pick up guts > strangle foe to death with guts

thing. It's fantastic.

My Grand Master Dodger dwarf is hunting a goblin warleader in a sewer... I can't find him, but I've killed about 20 grunts.

I made it to the other side of the mountains and slew the dragon. Now I have to go back over the wolverine-and-yak-infested mountains to tell the lawgiver that I've completed his damned quest.

Yes, I could tell a villagers from this side of the mountains, but I want to improve my standing with my home civilisation, not these filthy foreigners.

I was ambushed by a weretortoise at night-time, while I was a human vampire in iron armour, fighting without weapons (because armoured martial arts are like, so totally cool)

What followed was an epic midnight battle to the death!

... At least it would have been, had I not crippled the damn thing early on and spent the next 5 minutes of my time tapping the direction keys toward a prone weretortoise, punching, kicking, biting and scratching it into the afterlife.

That adventurer then went on to be killed by a Hill Titan which fired webs. It pushed his skull into his brain :'(
