I really don't think it's possible to get quality modifiers on butchery products. But yes, you will have to flee for your effin life to escape your civ's wrath and find one that will take you in. Prepare your bogeyman spray :P

I gave in to starvation soon after raiding some settlements ranking up to 200 kills, though, I modified the world so there are no bogey and more megabeasts and savagery. those dirty villagers die so easily.

I savescummed after I was attacked and killed with one strike from a bogeyman.  I'm having trouble finding shops, what is the symbol for them on the map?
EDIT: Also, Craig now has a title.  He is called Craig Flankbears, The Innocent Act of Gripping

Ongi Swordteacher died doing what she loved: murdering elves to death.

Her total kill count sits at 1,147 kills. All in all, she had 32 goblin, 1 dragon, 2 giant, 1 marsh titan, 1 bronze colossus, 10 human, 2 kobolds, 1 hydra, 1 cyclops, 1 minotaur, and 1,095 elf kills.

She left the dragon's lair full of gear, meat, and decorations to wear, and was a legendary hero to EVERY civ. Even the ones who listed her as an enemy.

On the world map, shops are yellow/gold rectangles rather than the plain white of houses.

Craig Flankbears, The Innocent Act of Groping

I did a spit-take, and am currently wiping soda off of my monitor from when I read that... shame I misread it.

In this part of my world I oftentimes meet people at camps, at abandoned shrines, in (even inhabited!) caves... I find that hilarious. And my first companion was not a farmer or something equally useless but a DRUNK. Unfortunately I didn't got very far.

"Can Kutsmob Pimplehate save the world?" was a legendary bone-bound book. The written portion consists of a 30 page essay entitled "Can Kutsmob Pimplehate save the world? authored by Kutsmob Pimplehate. It concerns the giving up on being a fishery worker of the goblin necromancer Kutsmob Pimplehate in Bristleseductions in 29. The writing has its moments of cleverness.

I found an iceberg in the middle of the ocean. O.o

Also, for some reason, a hole. I am confused and going to die of FPS syndrome.

Trying to cross the frozen/cold ocean? :P

Good luck with that; If it doesn't freeze with you in it, it'll launch huge blocks of ice up above sea level with you in them. Arctic oceans are not a place for adventurers. ;D

Yeah, I died of FPS syndrome. The game put me in the top ocean level, and it dropped from 7 to 6 to 5 to FPS LOCK to 3 to EEEFFFF PEEEEE ESSSS LLLLLAAAAAWWWWWWKUH. Then I was suddenly 7 Z-levels deep, and DF locked and died. I wonder if I still have my <<elf bone two-handed sword>> in the save I made before the crash.

OH!

I installed Wanderer's Friend and Blacksmith's Friend. Finally, Outsiders are viable! Just kill something, butcher it, tan the hide, thread the guts, sew yourself a backpack, and keep murdering small and large animals until you're fully decked out. YEAH!

I was at a fortress to rest for the night, but then I noticed a prisoner demon. I take a look at him, seeing him as a strange creature. Upon closer examination, I have finally came up with a conclusion: I have found classic sonic's whereabouts before Sonic Generations:

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

I just had to put this up; It made me think of sonic so much! XD

Smashed in a bandit captain's head with his own severed left arm. I think I'll make it my new weapon.
