When I read the title, I figured this would be about dice-games, not pen&paper games that use dice.  You know, gambling and such.

So as long as the subject is up, anyone know some good dice games?  They do involve the rolling of dice after all.

Meier?

Do you want Crouching Tiger and Hidden Dragon sword play or Kill Bill style? Earl Flyn style? Conan The Barbarian style?

... What does this have to do with a German drinking game?  I'm just wondering what your statement has to do with the quotation.

If it goes that far - Conan the Barbarian FTW.

Had a peek at GURPS Lite. Looks nice, however, am I correct to assume that this is a ruleset I'd have to build an 'universe' for? If yes, are the premade ones?

Many.  In fact, since GURPS is specifically designed for dicking around and making up rules, when you get a sourcebook, all you're really buying is a premade guide to using some world.  And there's like a hundred of them.  Whachya got in mind?

Oh, I'd prefer some medieval adventure. Low fantasy, if possible (That is, no elves, dwarves etc.) and thus no magic.
Where to search such stuff? Google actually doesn't seem to spew out useful stuff.

I fucked up on the quoting. Sorries. As for GURPS, yes there are prebuilt universes. Loads of them. As Gurps stands for Generic Universal Role Play System.

I went looking and I found the Conan GURPS, they are out of print, if you're interested you can probably find them on ebay or torrent sites.

Mongoose currently makes the Conan series. I like Mongoose stuff. I'm a fan of Paranoia.

The second edition brand new is 20 euros. You can probably find used copies on ebay for cheaper or other places for nothing.

...

Because every drinking game needs moar swords.

Okay...

Will look at that and 'acquire' something.

Also, I'm kind of a DIY person; Advices or guides on creating own universes?

Go nuts.  I'll search through my old library of books for something low-fantasy.  One of the really cool ones comes from the ISWAT setting.  It's a sort of time-cops, world-hopping setting that's gone through some alterations, but it's big kick is presenting alternate pasts to fuck around in, many of them perfectly serviceable as settings in themselves.  Namely, there's one where the Assyrians and Babylonians and other "evil" civilizations survived for thousands of years by sacrificing slaves to the Dark Gods and so forth.  Pretty cool stuff.

Yea, go nuts on making your own universe. I would refrain from going into system design. There a few systems that are generic that let you make your own universe. I'm a fan of Fuzion and GURPS for doing that myself. Though recently I've been using my own home brew system of ARPS (Adoptive Role Play System.) It has more shonen anime feel for it then the other two aformention systems. The core system for Fuzion is free.

The Fuzion core system for 8 bucks provides more tools to make a universe, though the freebee stuff is pretty good. It has enough to do light fantasy, modern, sci fi and supers/

This is pretty useful.
Made for D&D, but it should work fine with any system really.

If you're looking for something very Conan (and other sword & sorcery comic book-ish) style, you might try Warriors & Warlocks, the Conan-themed system Green Ronin just released this summer that they based off Mutants and Masterminds. There's magic, sure, but if you've ever read any of the Conan the Barbarian comics, you realize fairly quickly that it can be cast aside with extreme ease.

Also, that shit is violent.

Green Ronin is a good company.

I'm not a great fan of Mutant and Mastermind myself, but they do make good games.
