I have slightly reduced the amount of students a Master trains. This makes schools more valuable. it also reduces growth by... a lot. Elba was lucky with his growth rolls, which is good, because it might otherwise have been unfair to him.
Nuwa is off-limits for anyone but the Boners this turn.
Branch Offices add trade to a market place, as long as the market place is improved enough for it (level 1 can have 1 branch office, level 2 can support 2, etc...)
Fortresses add a defensive measure to a city.
Since all travel distances are 1, it is usually unimportant where the masters are at the beginning or end of a turn. If it's important, I'll note it down.
Look in your own RP sections for the number of masters at the beginning of this turn. It is the number that is listed there and should be the only number in your spoiler.
I would like to calculate points later. A rough estimate for points: For every success you get 1 point. For every guild member you get 1 point. For every resource you get 1 point. I may be forgetting something, which is why I am going to calculate stuff later, once I am certain on the point calculations again.
GlassRockSearching through Pisani, the masters find no trace of gems pure enough to be used by the Guild's Craftsmen. However, they do get a branch office working in the city, inspiring trade between the Mitanni and Pisani.
In Brechts, GlassRock ends up co-operating with the GoldCoin Guild in surveying for minerals and together they find a source of Malachite which Brechts demands the two Guilds share. Each guild requires different grades of the mineral, so the sharing is indeed possible. As in Pisani, a working branch office is set up and trade blossoms between Brechts and Mitanni.
In Mitanni, deeper mines lead to a larger deposit of lapis lazuli - and a purer resource too. The headquarters that is built exudes splendour, as its halls and fountains are lined with the gemstone. The headquarters becomes known as one of the greatest of the lands. The school is improved similarly, motivating students to work harder, knowing what they might be able to achieve. The market of Mitanni sees trade coming from Pisanni and Brechts and the work is much needed to expand to the needed capacity. Unfortunately, there is little demand for a thug academy in Mitanni and people perceive it so negatively that the master is run out of town, unable to train any apprentices this year.

Altogether, the 9 masters and the school train 13 students, such that after retirements and graduations, there are 13 masters ready for the next generation.

TrueForgeA great deal of effort is put into finding only the best, only the greatest resources available to the forges. Through diligent work, even few masters are able to do what many are not, and the surrounding lands prove fruitful in their search. To get Pig Iron, more and better limestone must be acquired, and so it is. However, the hematite required must be better, and so too that is improved upon. The masters do not stop there however, as they are not content. They want a stronger iron, and so far, the iron they have found is brittle - pig iron. To truly shine through, they found themselves searching for a better source of heat and found it in the charcoal right in front of them. All they had to do was use it more efficiently. At last, the finest steel could only be made from the finest iron, so the source was refined until such point that it could be no finer.
And so, the TrueForge found themselves with true steel. A difficult process, one not easily copied and quite unique to this guild alone. The grand forge built to honour this achievement was not so much a headquarters as a forge, nevertheless, it could serve both purposes and from its halls came forth the most versatile of worked metals the world knew. It attracted to the city an amazing four hundred new immigrants, due to the tools now available to the lands around them.
The five masters who had worked their lifetime on this passed on their knowledge to 7 students, through the help of the school, leaving 7 masters for the next generation.

FreemasonsDelving deep into the earth, the city praises the miners - for they have struck granite! Also, they never once mentioned any microcline, which would have caused serious... accidents. From this greatest of granite, a statue of a great and learned man is built, to be set in the school. There, it shall inspire generations of students to come of the greatness of granite.
The construction of houses proceeds smoothly, which encourages people to move the city. While the guild finds itself with new lands under its auspices, it also finds itself in debt. Fortunately, the creation of granite goods comes at a good time and manages to cover the debt formerly incurred. And thus, the lands are the FreeMasons, with no debt upon them.
The city permits the construction of a fortress, granting land for it freely, as they perceive it will have an overall positive effect on the city's defences. So much so, in fact, that more people journey to the city of Alpanatia.
Near the end of the generation, one of the Freemasons declares that he has found Microcline. The rock that must not be named. The city, appalled though it is, debates whether to stand the man trial for calling out the name of such a heineous rock or not...
By the end of the generation, the 6 masters train 9 new sculptors and stoneworkers in the halls of learning, and so, 9 new masters are ready for the next generation.

GoldCoin GuildIn a co-operative venture with the GlassRock Guild, masters of your guild find a suitable source of malachite in the city of Brechts. Nothing else is done in Brechts.
Rather than finding more or better gold, a source of native copper is found in Troy. Searching the surrounding lands, another, perhaps more useful resource, is also found: Papyrus. This papyrus is used to help in the addition of a library to the school, which greatly improves the school's resource and ability to teach its students new and valuable skills.
The snobbish behaviour of the master is well-regarded and brings many new sales to the Guild. So much, in fact, that by the end of the two decades, a vast amount of wealth has been accumulated, for the Guild to spend as it pleases.
The 5 Masters use the Papyrus rolls in the school to tutor 7 new apprentices that have now become masters in their own right. They are ready for the next generation.

BonersWhilst the sale of cheap meat would normally undercut other farmers, the growth it adds to the city pleases everyone, who see Nuwa as a city destined to grandeur. The large volume of sales still ends up leaving the Boners guild with a unit of wealth in the form of trade goods by the end of the two decades. For the next twenty years or so, the government of Nuwa promises that only TrueForge may operate in this city, as they alone have shown their dedication to the city's wellbeing. In the search for better butchering techniques, it is discovered that sharper utensils are required, which require stronger and better materials that might be available elsewhere. As such, butchering techniques are not improved upon anymore than through regular use.
A market is built, which primarily allows the Boners to sell their goods, but many other, lesser merchants set up shop simultaneous, attracting traders to the city. Through them and the locals, one master is able to set up a School of Animal Husbandry, where new butchers and herdsmen might be trained in the ways of the flock.
Improvements in the herd in general are achieved through selective breeding, although the long-term risks associated with this type of breeding might not become known for another 1000 years...
By the end of the generation, 6 masters retire, having trained up 8 new apprentices with the school's assistance. They are now the masters that must butcher for the next few decades and train up new assistants.
