An interesting turn for some... look for adults turning into elders and elders dying next turn, as well as some GM created goals to start springing up.
As a side note, I enjoy reading the "in-character" RP type posts reacting to what has happened during the year, so try to put something together if you have time. On the other hand, make sure that your goals are clearly marked (either with numbers in a "in-character" post or at the end in a summary type format), as I had trouble figuring out the specific goals for some tribes.
As this turn was posted on Tuesday night, the deadline for the next turn is next Tuesday night (March 23).

The year is kind to the Hesperida. Hunting and farming produce ample supplies for the year, although no new children are born. A wise elder creates a plow that is able to be lashed behind the mules the tribe has domesticated, greatly increasing the ease of turning over the soil. Foraging in the woods, a group of men come upon a mushroom. The spores of the mushroom, when inhaled, create a battle frenzy unlike anything the tribe has seen. The elders recommend collecting this spore for future conflicts.
Summary: Adequate food, plows (+1 to food rolls), battle spores (+1 to battle rolls)

One disastrous encounter mars an otherwise successful year. An argument about how best to hide and strengthen the buildings leads to blows, and a man is struck down. HIs family group, outraged, storms out of the camp, never to return. The shaman is appointed, and begins his study of the local plants. He has a few new ideas, but none of them pan out exactly as he expects. The fishing is excellent this year, as the nets created from local foliage and vines greatly increases the harvest, and several new children are born.
Summary: Plenty of food (+5 children), vine nets (+1 to food rolls), shaman appointed, great exodus after argument (-5 men, -5 women, -5 children, -3 elders)

The year is not kind to the Frihkann. Attempts to further clam harvests are struck with tragedy, as two men die when knocked unconscious attempting to place the logs undersea. The fickle bounty of nature is cruel this year, and a great famine would have struck if not for the many-hooked lines discovered the prior year. As it is, several die due to lack of food, but an incredible disaster is avoided. With such sorrow, the pearl craft producers are distracted during the year, and the elders decree that they would be shamed to allow such sub-par crafts to leave the tribe in trade. Not much progress is made regarding the platform for fishing, as the lack of food distracts those tasked with looking into it.
Summary: No progress on increasing clams, food shortage (-3 men, -3 women, -3 children, -3 elders), no tradeable crafts, no progress on fishing platforms

The year is filled with steady progress, set against one deadly accident. When raising the storage hut, beams of insufficient strength are selected to support it, and the hut collapses during the winter, crushing a man and a woman. There is a halt in the palisade construction as the men discuss the design of it. More farmland is cleared, and the hunting and planting goes well: several new children are born due to surpluses. Reed baskets are attempted, but no one is quite able to perfect a tight weaving technique. The resulting baskets are useable for large objects, but not of a quality worthy of trading.
Summary: Storage hut collapses (-1 man, -1 woman), food surplus (+3 children), farmland cleared, reed baskets created (not tradable quality)

The spirits the elders venerate surely must be blessing the Cyprinus this year. The tales of deep sea wonders emboldens the men to continue pushing further out into the water, and the rewards are ample. Large fish, some bigger than a man, are speared after a trick is discovered: by aiming below the shape of the fish, a hit is virtually guaranteed. The spicy root is planted and turns out to be a voracious grower and easy to sustain. The men are incredibly cheered, and take to producing children with a vigor bordering on insane: the root, combined with the ample food, results in 15 new children being born this year. Investigating the ancient trees, an elder comes across a hive of bugs that he was told of as a child: when crushed up, the bug will become a toxic paralyzing agent, aiding the men in battle. Smaller trees are located and cut down, and the boats of the tribe become more sound and capable at sea.
Summary: Deep sea fishing prowess (+1 to food rolls), spicy root planted (+10 additional children per year), boom of children (+15 children), poisonous bug found (+1 to battle rolls), small boats made from trees

The Taer Nymadis succeed in domesticating a herd of local caribou. The young men begin to compete as riders of the caribou, gaining in skill and becoming very proficient with the beasts. Spears are constructed, although their quality is not amazing. Still, they will serve the tribe well in the future. Between the caribou and a large supply of local tubers, there is plenty of food and five new children are born.
Summary: Domesticated caribou (+1 to food rolls), caribou mastery (+1 to rolls involving caribou), adequate spears, plenty of food (+5 children)

Summary:
The year is spent almost entirely on the domestication of camels, and the results are impressive. The beasts can be slaughtered, providing enough food for the tribe to survive the long year. A natural habitat mimicking breeding area is created for the camels after much hard labor by the men, and the beasts take to it immediately. With the camels concentrated in one area, it becomes easier to rely on them as a food supply, and the men begin games of skill involving them, developing into masters of the beasts.
Summary: Camels domesticated, breeding area created (+ 1 to food rolls), masters of camels (+2 to rolls involving camels)

A year of plenty graces the Ko'ormol tribe. The grassland offers plentiful sources of food, and hunters from the tribe learn to stalk the large bison that roam the area. This food brings five new children to the tribe. Horses are raised and bred, and the tribe now has enough horses for half of the men. The berry seeds that are sacrificed to the ground please the spirits, because they return in the form of bushes, bringing more stability to the food supply. However, there is an accident with a party of men foraging for sharp rocks to cut down trees: while focusing on the ground looking for stones, three men are caught unawares by a pack of wolves and torn asunder. The elders decree that the gods have decided that no trees shall be cut this year, and none are.
Summary: Three men killed attempting to find sharp stones, bison hunted (+1 to food rolls), plenty of food (+5 children), many horses (enough for half the men), berries bloom into bushes (+1 to food rolls)
