I think that would be about the sexiest thing ever, seeing a dwarf prance about in a dwarven leather thong menacing with spikes of dwarven bones.

Incidentally, I can just imagine a dwarf in a thong strutting up to a womanly dwarf, and whispering in her ear, "I killed your husband to make this thong. Do you like it?"
