A bit more than that.  You MUST direct a portal at the person you will be targetting.  The other one can go where you want.  Note that changing portals is a free action.. so you can whatever you want with them whenever you want.

Right here, second-voter.  Yesterday, I was hanging out with Rosewood, since I haven't seen him for a month.  Then I was too tired to do anything in particular but play Tales of Symphonia.  Until 4 in the morning.  Then I went to bed.

Good morning, scumbucket.  Third vote on a bandwagon for no good reason, and buddy-buddy with what appears to be Leafsnail's Xanatos goals.  Hang, DreamThorn.



All right.  So, I'm currently confused out my ears as to what the hell is going on here (since it's pretty obvious that we're not exactly playing Mafia anymore).  I'm an Appraiser.  Someone should probably tell me what to do, or, ideally, multiple someones.

As for a slogan... I think we should experiment the first day, just to see what happens.  As such, it'd probably be good to pick something without any obvious drawbacks.  I don't trust "You can run but you cannot hide," since it sounds like something that would seriously screw up the town; Red's suggestion seems like it will end up being little more than a cosmetic difference, so that's all right.  Ultimately, though, it'd probably be better to pick something with a positive effect, rather than a neutral one.

I'm going to probably suggest either "Our Doors Lead Nowhere" (in hopes of getting rid of the portals for a day, since they're rather insane and insanity heads into anti-town territory very fast) or "Sanctuary" (obvious).

No clue.  I also don't know why Webadict has a ponytail.  I'm just the writer.

Well best way to put it is that there's TWO games going on.  Mafia itself IS going on, with a whole batch of quirks, but in essence, IS mafia.

The second game is sort of a 'try to Survive' thing.  You use dwarfy roles and tools I gave to try to sustain yourself so that the Dwarf game doesn't end up doing ugly things (like killing a lot of you) to the mafia game.  It's set up so that if you guys work together, you can quickly Break the second game so that you won't have to worry about it anymore.

As for Appraiser, each Season (starting next one) you will be able to sell the items you have (like that bin of crafts) and buy items you need (like food).  How much everything costs and what's available will change each Season. 

So what's your role?  A skilled or better Appraiser is the only one that can purchase anything.  Everyone else can try but they'll fail the first time (they'll get better at it). 

When the time comes, the others can help you with what should be bought,  both town and scum will probably want to actually help here since messing up can cause everyone to lose.  Probably, because you people surprise me sometimes.  I'll also help as well especially if you aren't used to the game.

For now, you can actually relax for now and just focus on the mafia game unless you want to go playing around with other skills (EVERY skill can be learned just by trying to do it).

Actually, would it make sense to have a Xanatos massclaim, desu?  That way we can see if anyone's moving towards their goal, and scumhunt anyone who's lying about it, yes?
