Units with heavy equipment, such as knights, may require more population to help carry their equipment while traveling. They can be left out, but the unit will travel more slowly.

Interesting. I was wondering if the giants were related to the niDano. I see your captains got a more interesting title as well.

You could have just asked me. >_>
The giants are at war with the niDano because they see necromancy as unnatural and sinful and all that.

Sup, abculatter?

Ah, I see.

Do my guys with steel armor need population to carry their stuff? When they were created, did they automatically get these guys, or did I have to explicitly state that I wanted to also bring haulers? If they did not automatically get haulers, can I add haulers now?
They don't have haulers, hence the speed of 1. You can add haulers for a speed of 1(3), with the speed of 3 being the travel speed.

So I guess non-flexible armor and tower shields reduce movement? Makes sense.

Ched, you seem to be trying to use your entertainment luxury twice.

Uh, are Music and Entertainment the same thing? One's Music Hall, the other's Statue, so can I split them?
Hmmm, I guess not, I'll rearrange. Still, silver lining - I'll have more food for next year.

Knight, can I add 100 laborers to my Heavy Scouts battalion without having to train them or whatnot? They usually don't take a train slot, and I kind of assumed that they would have been included...

The Music Hall has provided Entertainment for a while now.

Also, sure.

Why do you call those guys heavy scouts, anyway? Typically, scouts are fast and lightly armed, but those guys are the slowest, best armed and armored unit in the world.

Ched, your statue park won't start producing until next turn, even if it and the music hall did provide different luxuries.

I call them heavy scouts because I meant for them to scout. That hasn't happened so far, but hopefully I'll be able to send them out soon.
With the haulers, they will be as fast as my Lactosian Infantry.

Okay then, I'll rearrange my turn again. Knight, can you confirm this?

Vanigo, when do you think you can enter your turn?

Depends on when I get an answer about sending casters to another city.

I don't see why not, provided they can get there safely.

Also, I have an idea... I never thought those Fire Dancers would be useful, but now I see how they can be an advantage...

Well, more specifically I want to know if they can burn all their MP before they start traveling.

Hey Vanigo, I just figured out that I can actually train a physiological alchemist this turn. Are you willing to trade me a Constructor for it next turn when it's done?

Never noticed before, but abculatter doesn't have Horseback Riding. He can command legions of bloodthirsty elephants but putting a guy on a horse is beyond him, as are the intended firedancers.
