Are elephants the same as any other beast of burden?

After some consideration, great beasts like elephants will be the same as other beasts of burden in regards to labor and food for the time being.

Ironically, the same discussion that lead to Cheddarius abandoning his plan has lead to me wanting to use it myself.

Huh, I just realized... I have the highest amount of plains out of anyone. Which I presume is why you made elephants the same as other beasts of burden despite their pasture generating .5 of them instead of 1, Otu?

Depends on the beast. Elephants won't have special rules attached, but others might.
