Able to use grappled arm?

Okay, my adventurer was surrounded by wolves, when one from behind bit his sword hand and latched on, but I was still able to swing it at the wolf in front of me. Maybe this will be fixed in the combat arc to where grappled arms can't attack?

You swung the wolf at another wolf? Makes perfect sense.

It makes sense to me... He forced his attack despite it being grappled...

I mean... If I can hold your arm and slap you with it (and if you can still slap me while I am holding your arm)

I do not see why he cannot attack while the Wolf is holding him. (though it probably should have had a penelty or something)
