This is hilarious. Vandalizing is punishable by 2 years in jail my ass.

Yeah, a while back the creator tried to get the FBI to jail some vandal. The case was thrown out, seeing that everything done was revertable in a few minutes, and to this day, if you mention the "FBI incident" on Conservapedia, you earn a perma-ban.

Because, of course, when conservative politicians screw shit up, it's because they were never really conservative.

Conservatism cannot fail.  It can only be failed.

Conservapedia...

I would shudder to imagine that this is what some people think of when they hear "conservative Christian." From the three or so pages I looked at, the site seems like one big, angry rant that tries to find something wrong with everything.

Even though I strongly identify as a conservative Christian, I would like nothing better to headbutt the people on Conservapedia in the face. It looks like a place for simpering xenophobes to whine to each other rather than try to find solutions to problems.

So... don't think that all conservative Christians are like that. I'm afraid that people like this are giving the rest of us a bad name.

Reading this thread, It makes me think of a superhero called Tron Paul (he runs on faith and fuel), who is a robot, sent back in time to fight time travelling liberals (to conserve history) and Nazi's (because evil is a liberal notion).

The liberals are the fault of reality having a liberal biase, of course :P

Don't worry.
The only way we'd think you were a Conservapedian (an apt term, I think) was if you bombed into the thread ranting about the liberal bias.

Are you certain you'd want any other tone in a conservopedia page about anything you like?

http://www.conservapedia.com/RuneScape

This worries me

Quote
Saradomin, the god of order is portrayed in a way very similar to that of to God the Father, both in appearance and characteristics... He is arrogant, uncaring and deceitful. His followers include H.A.M., an extremist group very similar to the Ku Klux Klan.

I really can't explain how this is there. Clever trolls trolling christians unnoticed, or trolls so stupid they fail to notice that they're pretty much committing blasphemy?

I think it's implying that Runescape is blaspheming, although I suppose poor phrasing there leaves an ambiguity :P.

Liberal myths are heavily promoted falsehoods motivated by a destructive belief system

Liberal beliefs include:
    * The claim that the population has increased by a large amount, and human beings are beginning to overpopulate. (This myth is an attempt to justify abortions)
    * The claim that people today are more knowledgeable than in prior centuries.

The way I see it, there are maybe three real believers submitting to Conservapedia, the rest are just a bunch of people who find it funny to act like a total nutjob.

Having said that, we should totally submit an article on DF it the proper, Christian-Conservative tone.

I think that was disagreed on due to drawing unwanted (read:bad) attention to the game itself (i.e.: baby shields, +kitten tallow roast+, immigrant death pits, etc.)
