Rad-X is a drug that prevents irradiation, RadAway is an addictive drug that removes radiation from you.

For some reason, I can't get the game to work on Vista (I did not select this by choice). I tried XP compatibility mode, but that doesn't work either.

Those screenshots remind me a lot of some other roguelike I've tried.  Xenocide, I think it was.


Anyway, sounds cool, will try.

It is beta...the latest stable one is at the very bottom...took me a little bit to find it.

I'm using Vista and it works just fine.

Had two horrible deaths, one right after the other. My second, and less humiliating was starting as a psion, walking two steps, and having a door slam on me, killing me in one hit. Never even saw a monster.

My first, I was a space marine. Made it to level 8, and down to level 10 of the maze(?). I was chewing through alien warriors left and right, and couldn't be touched. Level 10, unfortunately, was a full dark level, leaving me to rely on my motion tracker to not be completely surprised by aliens. I wandered in the dark for ages, and finally ran out of ammo. Next thing I knew, a hoard of signatures appeared on my tracker, closed, and gnawed me to death. In those horrible moments before I died, I saw that, instead of the alien warriors I had been fighting up till then, I had apparently stumbled upon their garden. I was being eaten by killer tomatoes.

The Psion death is awesome...pure EPIC FAIL!
