It'd be nice if you could choose what you start with as a Psion though, it REALLY sucks when you draw Telepathy and Digestion or something and you know you're going to run out of ammo if you can't find a vat that gives you an attack soon.

Man, janitor all the way... but, does anyone know how to get your restraining bolt out of a robot? You cant normal attack it anymore... do you have to shoot it, or just kick it to death, or is there an easier way?

Also, are robots supposed to follow between levels?

I really wanted that cylon...

Restraining bolt makes it your pet I thought..

also, they follow you if restrained.

I'm aware, but so far they seem to stay on the level where I bolted 'em, and the only way to get the bolt back if I want to a different robot is to kill them.

Just found this game at random, and am enjoying it so far. I have a bunch of questions now, since there really doesn't seem to be very much documentation available.

What is the duct tape for? I assume its to repair stuff with the Repair skill, but I don't think I have seen anything broken other than heaps of space junk.

Is a mega computer better than the laptop an engineer starts with? I have a store on the second floor I've been going back to between floors to sell off my random finds, and it's worth twice as much, so I kept it.

Is there a floppy disk to give me a description of what equipment actually does? I know how identifies work, but I was thinking something more along the lines of greater ID from TOME, and all I have to go on is what I write down in a note as I play meaning it's pretty subjective.

That's all for now, I guess. I will return with more random musings as i continue This guy is doing pretty well for himself so far, so with any luck I won't die. Also, Gray's using anal probes are just win.
