Hmm... I like the look of C3. Forward, march!

On the way I shall have my crafters search for scrap, while the wizards gather any plants they find to study later. The warriors will attack anything that moves in our direction. Anything.

Yarnspinner: yeah, this is good. But what do you mean by zap? As in shoot with magic?

  @ Rooster - yeah, I thought that was a stretch..  the zapping I mean.. i was meaning with magic..  but, I guess we have to research that huh?  are the Wizards mainly brains and research guys atm?

BTW: I see that someone had already picked red as their color..  I didn't notice it..  If i didn't get red on your upcoming maps.. would you mind changing my Clan's name to fit the new color designation?  Kinda silly I know..

Criptfeind you were on the waiting list, but if you post often then I'll be fine with you playing now.
Actually, the first 4 people that post actions will make the primary turns, and the rest of the people will make secondary turns, that is, I figure there is a way for EVERYONE to play at the same time.
Post every 48 hours instead of 24. Primary group gets their turn today, but the rest of the players gets their turn tommorow.
This way I can stretch to 8 players, just by slowing down turns ( In the end I still come up faster than the original game by 3,5 day per turn per 2 days)
...
This will be weird.

But that's right people, I'm removing the waiting list. Everybody is IN automatically, and this will be balanced by the fact that the setting is VERY lethal. If I feel that I can't handle the situation, then somebody will have their people eaten by giant insects.

How do you people like my idea? Will letting so many players play at one time be an annoyance?

The Red Faces

You walk a few miles west.(99) (65) You see a some sort of a cliff face, or a mountain. You're not sure because it's underground.
With a dim light of green ceiling fungi you start exploring the area. Looks like the priests worried for nothing. The travels was very easy, nothing as even hurting a foot happened to anyone.

(70) Your rogues not only not find anything particularly dangerous, but find a river. Not only that, but they hunt and strike down
some sort of a mutated albino beaver-like animal, and catch quite some fish. You gain 96 units of food.

(97) What is this? Skeletons and corpses of the imperials. Not only are they dead, but they look like a fully equipped expedition party
stright from the sirface having exactly what's needed for good survival. Your crafters find : Rusty, broken and damaged
chainmail and 2 scale armor (iron), broken sword (bronze), a dagger(copper), 3 spears (pure wood), ropes, tents, and what seems
to be like a pouch of violet dust, not surprisingly next to a corpse of someone in tattered red robes. Next to that skeleton
Is a tattered book. Sadly nothing can be read from it, you would need a miracle extraordinaire to do that. The book is just
too damaged.

(20) While the crafters search the massacred imperials it is easily revealed what killed them. From north 4 wolves run straight
towards the warriors. The wolves have to be just too hungry or crazy to attack forces that outnumber them 10 to 1.
But that still doesn't prevent their fury. In a heated battle one of your warriors bleeds to death. Throat ripped open.
Nothing could be done for him. Fighting wolves with bare fists is hard you know.

(48) The wizards enjoy a good talk. They share ideas thoughts, stories. The're all in this together, so they don't mind being
friendly. As a result an interesting topic comes up. How can anything live here. It is unknown to anyone that anything other
than sunlight can support life. But those fungi, they emit a green light. And it somehow contains a radiation a scholar on the
surface named the U-light. It is what actually let's plants live, not the visible light. This train of thought causes a
productive conclusion. The ecosystem here has to be similar, or identical as that of surface. Maybe even mostly the same creatures
live here.

You walk north-west. (26) Your people can't take that much of a strain. The weather is simply too hot. This causes them to waste
40 units of water.

(7) Not only that but you are ambushed by a raid of goblins exactly when everyone stops for a rest when reaching the final destination
3 warriors fall in battle, before the goblins see that even unarmed people can smash a goblin's head with a rock.

(3) While the wizards think that keeping unusual plants for study might be a good idea, they encounter a problem with there not being any. Soon you will experience serious food problems, unless you find a good food support.

(22) You finally reach a giant lake, the problem being a pack of wolves is currently drinking it's waters. Your people are too afraid to approach, and you won't be able to accest it's waters for some time.
(83) While far from the lake, the crafters unexpectedly find that there are trees here. Sure they are the underground sickly trees, but they are there. It's not even that hard to cut them down, yes they cut them down with sharp rocks and nothing else. You gain 12 materials.
(56) With nothing better around to have, your warriors start picking up sticks of varying shapes and sizes. Club-like, quaterstaves, and spear-like.
(92) One of the wizards knows how to zap his enemies, and conjure artificial light, and he doesn't mind teaching other about it. Now your wizards know "spark" and "minor light" spells.
(12) Priests aren't that good lumberjacks, and one manages to drop a tree on himself. But in a group of people quite skilled in healing he should survive it, and recover in a couple of days.

Feel sorry for you a bit but other than that, yes lucky turn for me! Going to wait a bit before I put in my turn (waiting for map) but I think I will probably make some spears and than try to drive off the wolfs... I bet wolfs are good eating.

How many wolfs are there?

Also I think I know what my naming is going to be.

  The Leader of The Red Faces scans the terrain.. "This place does NOT suck..  We shall call it Ceh-Phour.  Look my peoples! There is a river (water) with fish (food)! A cliff face (shelter) just over there.  we shall use this to our advantage!  We set our tents up over there.. <points to the cliff face>  At least that way we deny any enemy 3 routes of approach.   The Dear Leader smiles.

-Question: Should the three of us, that were active in day one, wait to post actions again? Or post now?
