40 warriors, 15 wizards, 20 crafters, 10 priests, and since the rules say we can have more specialized professions at the start: 15 sorcerers(purely offensive wizards that can't create magic items)

Ah, I misread the rules, I though it meant you could only choose specialized professions at the start, as in, you cannot get them later on. Completely mixed up, sorry.

Map of the realm: Pick a tile, any tile to head to. You start at D4. More importantly you can't stay at D4, or you'll all starve. Each tile has tiles of it's own, and those tiles (normal roguelike screen size) have tiles of it's own (size of a bunker of the original game.

Actually, that's a good idea.
I'll let everyone do normal actions with their people while traveling.
Now I only have to keep track of which players have what people
