very well then.

QUEST PROGRESS

The party crosses the drawbridge and makes their way up through the tunnel. At last, they see daylight! It is nearly blinding compared to the torchlight of the caverns.

ENTERING WORLD 1-0: DUCHY OF BRINDOL (woodland glade)

Exiting the underground they find themselves in the sweet, fresh air of a woodland glade. There is a path off in the distance, with a sign. Likely it points to civilization! The Party can collect themselves and resupply before continuing the quest!

In front of you lies the path to civilization. Behind you lies the tunnel to the Orc Cave. All other directions lead into the forest.

END SESSION FOR TONIGHT

No session tomorrow. Sorry guys. CHECK BACK FRIDAY!

GOOD NIGHT ALL!

POSSIBLE PARTY MEMBERS
Rothgar (are you still here, Ed?)
I will be here for friday's session. Unfortunately I won't be able to join in on sundays through thursdays. Ideally, when I'm not here, could control of the character pass to whoever is online? If that works out, all well and good, if not then I may have to exclude myself from this.

(Ed, please provide suggestions as to how he should act)

Rothgar is devoutly devoted to his god, to the exclusion of almost all else. As an orpha, he was raised as a local monastery by the monks who lived there, and followed their way of life. As a result, he considers little of worth other than that which can be used to further to glory of it god, be it directly (donating to the church), or indirectly (tools and equipment which rothgar can use). Before he participates in any battle, rothgar prays to his god, asking for the strength necessary to deliver his foes as sacrifices.

I'll control Roth. It will make my game more interesting than firebolt spam.

EDIT: 3 Questions for Ed boy!

1. How far is your character willing to go morally to defeat your foes? Would you burn down the village to save it and all? Do you show mercy to fallen enemies?

2. What's your alignment, if you had to guess? Lawful/Neutral/Chaotic, anything in between?

3. Any quirks I should know about? Dwargza for example, disdains wealth in the form of coinage and gems, but puts a great value on personal possessions. Specifically her own.

Dwarmin's fell gaze has fallen upon you. Sadly, Your life and your quest end here, at this sig.

1) Anything, as long as it does not harm or otherwise detriment other followers of his god. Fallen enenemies are considered sacrifices, as would be killed.

2) Extreme lawful

3) Rothgar abhors alcohol and other similar substances. He suffers from an occasional twitch in his right arm and neck. He loves the number four, and anything that comes in multiples of four (for example, if he has five berries, he will eat four immediately, and try not to eat the last until he can find another three)

I may have to expand the god list in the character post...

Maybe some kind of "God of Order" or something. Unless you want to pick from one of the already listed gods.

Do you think there are monks of Brodin?

EDIT: hey, Raith. You reached level ten in strength and I forgot to give you a new ability.

RAITH HAS GAINED... SPIN ATTACK, which damages all adjecent enemies and knocks them back D6 spaces.

(yeah, I know, it's a monk ability. But I can't really put a lot of variation into striking attacks)

ALSO, I'm raising Rothgar to level two, so he can keep up.

Rothgar currently has three skill points. which attributes do you wish to add these to?

The god of the order that you outlined previously sounds perfect. As to the three skill points, they would all go in strength.

Okay great. So you'll participate on friday, and then Dwarmin will take over when your unavailable. (Oh, and I based the God of Order on your description of your monk's personality and tendencies).

just a reminder:

Today's session begins at 3:15 and ends... well, it's friday, so it ends when everyone agrees it should.

Note: as some players have stopped participating, I will be opening the game up to allow three new players to join at a specific point in the near future.

If Próthaa were to cast charm on Dwargza an ally to keep her from killing everything instantly because they are berserk, what would the effect be?
