it's fine. You did as much as you could, and I think that deserves some reward.

Jorn gains 4 experience points for participation

Also, Today's session will begin at 3:15, and may end a bit earlier than usual, depending on how my schedule sorts out...

I'm afraid there might not be a session tomorrow, but there will certainly be one on friday.

Shouldn't I get experience points for the goblin captian slaughtering everyone?

YES WE ARE!

BEGIN SESSION

We last left our heroes staring down the barrel of a goblin captain posessed by the god of war.

The goblins ascending the staircase flee to their warlord at the sight of the enraged captain, whom after slaughtering his former comrades is now advancing on the party. The fire in his eyes is blinding, and it casts a hellish orange light on the entire hall! Just when it seems our party's hour of doom is at hand, the goblin captain falters in his step, and his bloodthirsty smile dissapears as his face becomes overwhelmed by terror.

Smoke and Sparks begin issuing from the captain's eyes, and mouth, and ears as his possession begins to wear off. The sparks turn to gouts of orange flame as the presence of Armistus is violently purged from the goblin's body. The heat is overwhelming, but eventually it passes, leaving the goblin captain reduced to a pile of ash and melted armour. Without the light of Armistus the room is plunged into an ethereal darkness.

The only light comes from the door at the end of the throne room, which has been left open a crack. The orcish warlord, and presumeably his treasure, lie beyond this door.

In front of you lies the stairs down into the throne room. Behind you lie metal bars keeping you from leaving the room. At the far end of the room lies the door to the Orc Warlord. On the ground in front of you lie the corpses of a goblin axe lord and a goblin mace lord, as well as what is left of the goblin captain.

Shouldn't I get experience points for the goblin captian slaughtering everyone?

You'd have to split them with Dwarzga for empowering the goblin...

Dwarzga and Prothaa both gain 6 experience points each
Dwarzga has reached level 3! Dwarzga gains three Skill Points.

Well, I guess that's fair. So, if that's 4 exp per goblin, we both earned 6 exp last turn for slaughtering 3 goblins.
Also, loot the goblin captain corpse.

The goblin captain's corpse is a pile of ash and molten metal. It is very hot, I would not reccomend attempting to loot it.

You might be able to turn it into a shield or something once it cools, though.

Raith breaths very slowly. he has been terrorized by the advancing possessed captain, then one again when he burst into flames. only now has he been able to get his heart from jumping out of his chest. having returned normal, the goblin nicks the well crafted axe and iron chainmail to replace his old equipment, as well as 3 steel coins. "You know what?" said Raith to the others "I say forget the stupid orc. Let's just get out of here"
