The available races will be Elves and Sidhe, a new race which has not yet appeared.
The available classes will be Barbarian, Thief, Ranger, Bard, and a new class: the Druid (priest of Unferth)

More info on this soon!

PASSIVE QUEST PROGRESS

The Merchant has to offer:
-1 steel chainmail (+3 defense) taken by Rothgar
-1 steel axe (+3 damage) taken by Raith
-1 steel buckler (+3 to block rolls)
The Bishop has to offer:
-1 blessed Mitre (+2 charisma) taken by Jorn
-1 Iron idol of Brodin (+1 wisdom, +1 charisma) taken by Prothaa
-1 blessed Prayer scroll (+2 wisdom)
Each player may take one of these items. First come first serve!

In adittion, the party will recieve
-1 PONY (separate NPC, follows the party. 20 Inventory spaces.)
-10 pieces of meat (5 pieces = one inventory space)
-10 bottles of alcohol (5 bottles = one inventory space)
-1 belt for each party member (5 inventory spaces each)

remember, this is a Passive session. I will be busy for most of today.

note on inventory: If the number of objects in your inventory is higher than your strength level, you will take an agility penalty. EX: Inventory = 3, strength = 1 will result in a penalty of 2 to your agility. Sorry, Prothaa. You never really used agility that much anyway.

If the monk can use the chainmail without penalties (most such depictions of monks have penalties for using weapons/armour), then that. If the chainmail would cause problems, the prayer scroll.

Rothgar:
I should probably expand on this system, but right now let's just say that your 8 strength is enough to use the steel chainmail without penalty.

Raith:
are you wielding the steel axe? if so, you must put either the iron axe (+2 damage) or the iron sword (+1 damage, +1 attack roll) into your inventory. You can't wield three weapons at once.

Jorn:
you now wear the mitre of the Bishop of Bywater! This big fancy hat provides +2 to your charm rolls. (bonus charisma does not count towards unlocking new abilities)

Cheddarius and Acanthus? I have posted information on the new races and classes in the original post.

you should post what you want your character's race and class to be (as well as roleplaying information), so I can get an advanced idea of how to incorporate them into the game.

Your characters will start at level 3 (the median between our highest level and lowest level, rounded up) with six skill points.

I look forward to your participation!

I will be an elven bard! My songs will amuse and delight our fair party!
Cheddarius grew up as a runt. His father, who came from a long line of barbarians, cast him out of the family when he was fourteen, ashamed as his inability to get a "real" job. He wandered the streets with his only possession, a harp that he had learned to play in the school orchestra. Playing songs for food and shelter, he started to pick up more and more popular songs, such as "Life is Pretty Okay" by Rex & Friends and "EYE KNIFE ATTACK" by Ninja McDoctor. He even started to compose some himself. Realizing that his compositions strengthened warriors' wills and his catchy rhythms enhanced their speed, he decided to look for work in his current city.
