Yesterday, I bought a 48 oz. box of bacon ends and pieces, because it was about half the price per ounce of regular bacon strips. However, that is a lot of bacon to eat all by myself, and it'll probably go bad before I can use it all.

So, what should I do with three pounds of meaty, fatty goodness?

Cook a great big pot of beans.  Bacon goes well with beans.

Bonus:  I'm pretty sure it'll reheat well, so you can shove the leftovers in the deep freeze (assuming you have one) and forget about it 'til your next bacon craving.

If you have any hotdogs, you can always cook them up wrapped in bacon. Tastes better than it sounds. Best of all, you don't need ketchup or mustard to make it taste better. The bacon does it for you.

Also, you can't go wrong with a Bacon Weave.

Woven bacon is more or less out of the question, since it's random assorted bits of bacon. I could cheat and sew it together with twine, making some kind of weird piebald pattern with meaty bits and fatty bits.

Freezer. An animal with an intellectual capacity capable of manic depression died to make that bacon, unlike beef or chicken. Don't let it go to waste. Pork is precious.

First off, get a huge amount of deliciously friable mushrooms, and fry both them and the bacon. Then get a huge loaf of bread, butter it, slap the mushrooms and bacon onto it, eat it and die from heart failure, the happiest man on the planet.

2 halves of an everything bagel, some jack cheddar, and a bacon-fried burger (ground beef with bacon bits inside) wrapped in bacon, with a bacon topper.

Now that's good eating. You'll get a cardiac fine from it, but not an arrest.
