I thought we were using color leaf, not sweet leaf. No sense in making a drug if it doesn't get you high.

No, this drug is a placebo, the other one we were considering was the one that got you high using color leaf.

I think we can get more people to use it if it's sweet AND addictive, they might get suspicious if it gives you visions...

Hmm...
Alright. We should still consider using color leaf when we expand our catalouge, though.

receipt suggestion:
2 colour leaf
1 sweet leaf
1/10 mad hatter
1 blue root
1/5 crying tree bark
1 devil berries

this should be boiled and crushed and minced until it's completely dissolved and homogeneous, then split into 4 potions.

Since it has mad hatter in it, we should test it on a rat before we sell it.

Armok, you mean until it's a colloid, right? I'm not sure it'll all dissolve, technically. [/rant]
But other than that, do we all agree on armok's recipe? After testing it on a rat?

I prefer the TITAN!

...but we can test it now and see what we can do...

that sounds good to me.

As for name... well let the assistant test a small sip of it (not enought to consume any) and then  decide a name.

This. This is awesome for at least three reasons. I vote for it a dozen times.

EDIT: We should put it in a fizzy drink.

Ye gods, what have I done.
Anyway, this is hilarious.

While browsing your tomes, you find a book titled Various Mushrooms of the World.
Apparently, the unidentified mushroom you found early is called Forest King.
It grants the user super strength.
Your garden nets you 5 blue roots.

You have your assistant convert the garden to grow:
1 Blue Root
1 Devil Berry bush
2 Forest Kings
1 Sweet Leaf bush

You decide to combine these in a potion called Titan.
After gathering 3 bundles of Forest King and 2 bundles of Sweet Leaf, you make three Titans.

You built a couple of rat traps with the time you have left.

Your assistant goes to town to sell the Titan and do odd jobs.
The potions nets you 10 gp each. A bargain price, but they will definitely be repeat customers.
He makes 20 doing he few jobs around town.
With the time left, he buys a Schmancy Doorknocker for 50 gp.

A customer arrives and offers 31 gold for that colourful potion on the shelf.

Sell it to him on the condition we get to watch him drink it.
Tell him that it's a very potent spiritual catalyst, or something.

If it works out well, we can make 7 more.
