Right now, as a mechanic, wisdom sucks. It seems to be a permanent and arbitrary measure of your conservativeness, a high wisdom means your more conservative, a low one means your a liberal.

The problem is the rate at which it increases varies highly. Kill someone in interrogation by accident, you might get more wisdom. Date a radio personality without a high seduction (though 12 didn't seem to be high enough to do it for me!) and you might gain wisdom.

But winking? I got attacked by a radio personality in an apartment, he winked at me a few times, and I had gained four wisdom on my leader, who now can barely move without being 'hesitant'. Thats absurd, especially with no way to lower it.

Take him for a walk in the park, he'll get over the hesitation after a few rounds of non-combat. That's the residual effects of the attack, not the Wisdom itself. Due to a bug, it's not reset at the end of the day.

Edit: Wisdom itself doesn't become a serious issue until it approaches the same level as your Heart. At that point, those winking attacks have the potential to actually turn your characters Conservative, and they'll leave you. To protect against this, work on your juice -- those winking attacks only increase Wisdom if you don't have very much juice (they'll reduce juice instead if you do), and the higher Heart you gain from the juice will offset any other effects of high Wisdom.

You can't, that's the highest heart that character will ever have.

Same as if they die. At the end of the day, the LCS may fall apart, or someone may step up.

Yeah, so you might want to avoid regularly performing executions, as that tends to be pretty bad for your Heart and Wisdom scores over the long run.
