Oh, okay. I was wondering why your typing was so bad. I thought you were seriously ill, since you mentioned throwing up a lot.

Nah, just seriously drunk without a good outlet (not with a woman's presence) to keep me entertained

A cold shower, some coffee and a good nights sleep, methinks.

Only one of those works, by the way.

Look at his recent posts, you can see his grammar and spelling get worse and worse.

hehe, obviously I've underestimated the effect of 40p vodka in large amounts. If only my drinking partner was cuddleable...anywho, I'm sobering up quickly, and hopefully I'll sober up enough to go to sleep without feeling miserable the next day...

Try a buritto. Several of my drinking friends have said that refried beans and thick tortillas can "absorb" alcohol and make you sober fast, with little or no hangover.

I don't drink, so I can't say anything about it, but it's worth a try if you've got a can of refried beans laying around your kitchen (and honestly, who doesn't?)

Hangover are caused by dyhration. If you dont want a hang over, drink a fair amount of water. *shrugs* I dont personally get the whole drinking thing.

It doesn't work like that. Eating before drinking will help slow how fast you get drunk, but once it's absorbed into your system, your body needs to process it, which usually takes about an hour per standard drink. Time'll sober you, nothing else.

Whereas I don't agree with Jack's standpoint on the 'it's entirely bad' front, I do agree that cowofdoom needs to stop with with random arguing. Operation 'Nobody can be wrong on the Internet!... GO!

I won't contest this point because it's a perfectly valid and polite opinion that I can't find fault in.

I feel stupid now... I've always liked family guy but never really considered why... and now that I think about it the last episode I watched wasn't very fulfilling... or the one before that. Maybe I watched it because alot of other people loved it... or I liked it at one point and am having trouble letting go... and for that fact maybe I'm hating it now because that's what everyone else in this thread is doing. (except cow! you rebel you!)

Right now I'm going to make myself feel better by saying that I wasn't really a fan of the thing everyone here dislikes because I like South Park ten times better. Just to make myself feel better.

I will now proceed to not even think about what problems south park has.

I need to start drinking.  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Family guy was always that sort of turn-off-your-brain kind of humor. What I don't like is that it's sort have become a mouthpiece for Seth MacFarlane, and it's actually lost characterization (whatever it actually had). So it's still kinda funny, but there are definitely better places to look for a laugh.
