Um. If we have $1400 maybe we should be thinking more about getting a job and being able to pay rent and food for more than the next couple months ...

Or do you mean $1400 thousand?

Please tell me where I can buy a fully armed, nuclear powered, guided missile cruiser for 2200 USD. Or even $2.2M.

I really think we should change prices here. 1000 dollars can buy you a good computer. 1 million USD can buy you enough to support a frigate. No, I think we're looking at a good 3 mil for a frigate. that Battlecruiser looks awesome by the way.

Do our troops have body armor?
Uniforms?

I also say our guns are outdated. They made much more accurate versions like the AK-74 or AK-101.

Or M14A1s. They are battlerifles but they have damn good stopping power and accuracy.
Hell, maybe an FN FAL or G3 would do better.

Slings are under-rated, we should buy those. And we could build traps in the forest, like a pair of logs that swings in and crashed together to destroy a tank. Or a bunch of logs in the trees that falls and rolls down and kills a bunch of dudes.

I fail to see how a sling can kill a bunch of guys in a jeep.
Or guys holding guns.

Note: It seems you have stole that from star wars.
Hrm.

Unfortunately we would need an interstellar time machine to contact the appropriate experts for training in those advanced weapons.
What sort of gear can we get our peacekeepers? And can we send some elites to give them some combat experience?

All considered, I would send meatshields to a peacekeeping mission more than a countries elite.

I want to use the peace keeping mission to get equipment and experience. If our elite forces assassinate a few minor warlords, who'll notice?

The subordinates who'll replace the warlords.

I am planning to promote all the rebels that come back who have the most experience. To Lieutenants or Colonels or something.

Cause I don't know if we have officers or not.

I've scaled price down a bit here guys, e.g. 1 cent will buy you a house or two.

The army has no armor or Uniforms, we are rebels of a newly formed country, this is 1991.

The army command pyramid goes like this.

You -> Everybody else

In other words, a disorganized militia.

Anyways, I think we should invest in at least some ballistic vests. Or some helmets.

How much are helmets for the entire army in Crimea?

Also, I think it would be a wise idea to buy at least one frigate. We really need a way to establish black sea dominance.

Is all of Crimea ours, or just us who don't really know what's going on?

I suggest we equip our entire army with some AK-47s or some cheap rifles. I would suggest going to Mauser or H&K for some bulk purchases.

Basically, the old Crimean Khanate instilled displeasure with the government in the Crimean Oblast (or area of Ukraine). The whole political area was abandoned 2 weeks after the revolts on a day known as Golden Wednesday by the Crimeans. Your army consists of little more than militia, a few trained soldiers and some looted tanks. You control the entire Crimean Province. (Seriously See first page especially OP)

Ofcourse you can get a Ship (See shipping list post)
Of course, here is the current list of the current ships for sale:

* 1 MEKO Frigate from Turkey (230 Seamen required) $1000. [Delivery is Free if the crew can be transported back] From Istanbul, It should arrive in Sevastopol in 2 days

* 1 Kirov class battlecruiser from Russia (710 Seamen required) $1900 + $300 for delivery. From Rostov-na-Donu should arrive in Kerch in 1 day

You have 1400$
