Same way I always start a fortress, build a giant phallic tower with an artifact placed in a glassroom on top.

Explore the new underground as an adventurer (or five) and post my exploits on another forum. Maybe build a short fort to explore new additions to the interface, like the squad stuff.

Then I'll advance to phase 2 of my mod project, probably contributing to the expansion of the wiki's modding section in the process.

I'm going to start a standard fortress and explore the new underground, see what's up.  Then I'm going to make my preferred changes to the raws and start the megaproject I've been planning.

I'll probably just piss about with Arena and the RAWs for awhile until I've created too many stupid creatures and then make a Fortress or Kobold Camp.

I'll be calling my friend, and we'll be spending about 24 hours too many on two simultaneous round-robin games.  After about 4 hours, we'll probably be solidly drunk so amusement will happen.  Ohdear.

set the various init. prefs., and race specifics that I like.

then I'll tool around with the arena, start up and adventurer or a fort to see the new physical descriptions system
