I wanted to see how everyone else managed their work in the intermediate to later stages of the fortress (20+ dwarfs). Do you generally devote dwarfs to just hauling jobs, or do you leave on hauling jobs for most? Do you tend to use a tool like Dwarf Therapist, or do you stick within the game? What do you do with idlers... and how many/what percent of idlers do you tolerate before you begin to change something? How do you deal with immigrants/assign them to new jobs?

Lots of questions here, but I am interested in how people manage their dwarfs.

- Protector of those who are always used in or are victim of dangerous experiments, random acts of violence, deliberate acts of unnecessary violence, unjust punishment by false blame of error, justed punishment by blame of trivial everyday stuff, oh and mythological species racism in general. (I help them with law stuff and filing basics forms, as claws, tentacles and whatnot can make that difficult... no forms no benefits, travel coverage, ect apparantly in this world *sigh*).
