Ignoring the Body Armor, I give the creature echo-location so it could find prey faster and find predators faster.

About the echo-location, make three crescents emantating from the creature, like in Ecco.

I have undertaken the task of cleaning this image up.

May I propose a few rules?

1. NO JPEG COMPRESSION!!

2. (Optional)
 a) Each generation, the OP posts the creature
 b) Players each edit that creature separately
 c) Once done, a vote is cast to see which survive
 d) OP combines those to form the next generation, and so on.
That'd be a bit more like 'evolution'.

3. No non-biological elements.

4. NO DICKS.

GIF ruins it too. Adds a bunch of stupid stippling to approximate colors GIF doesn't have in its palette.

Everyone should use .PNG for everything, period. Except if you're working in Photoshop or something, obviously.

Added external ears for improved echolocation and bony protrusions on head, to improve survivability after collision.

I darkened its color for camoflage, and gave it a nose for smelling things, and a postage stamp mustache because it looks cool.
