Rules for actions are standard mafia super-loose rules like last time, with following specifics/exceptions:
No PMs allowed.
You can post whatever you wish in the thread.
Editing is allowed.
There are no prods or penalties for lurking.

The night/day cycle lasts exactly 24 hours. That is, on average, you get an 18 hour day and a 6 hour night. You can send night actions before the night phase if you want to insure they go through, but they won't happen until night actually starts.

Though admittedly last time the observers weren't really participating - And I expected them to ask for a lot more spoilers than they did, which confused me.
