We had 30 meat and 25 berries. We ate 15 meat, so we ate 15 berries. That means we had 10 berries left. Now we have 40, so our 6 gatherers gathered 30. Each of them gathered 2.5 per AP, guys, holy smokes! We need to pray and gather berries. Hunters can defend and do other stuff.

No, I was asking RNG why my attempt to research a tent wasn't even mentioned. It seems to me that Elders would have a better chance at researching something.
Elders can't work. I mentioned that earlier.

Bah, I missed that.

Alright, let's send all the hunters west one space to hunt. Hunting in the forests will be better then in the hills.
I agree with Org on what the gatherers should do.

Guys, we can seriously uphold our civilization with six gatherers. This is an opportunity that we should not miss. Hunters can build or stuff.

I agree with Org. If our berry pickings are good now, then we should build up enough for when the harvests are worse.

Org: I believe it was stated earlier that forests are better for hunting.

Isn't north a forest?

Yes, I agree. Berries with prayer is good now, at least for the moment. That is why we should focus on berries, and have the hunters do more productive things, like buildings shelters or skinning rabbits.

Hmm... Yeah. First building. How about an area to store food, to keep it safe from animals and outdoors?

Underground.
A dug out place.
That way it is slightly colder, and can be kept out of the sun.

Yeah.
How about a storage building, with a dug out basement for food storage?

Right, so how about the hunters work on that? Game's gone from this area anyway; they're going to have to spend 3 AP for every hunt instead of just 1. They'll be incredibly inefficient.
Also, we should have some of the hunters make more axes. Sound good?
