The turn ended the Automation, so only gathered food that turn, notice how its now eight, Each post of the map will be of the Morning, Afternoon and so on. There is no more automation...

So you still need to build it, but you will only be able to make 6 blocks of it in the morning and afternoon on this day (3 in morning, 3 in afternoon), you can finish it in the morning of the next day and you will start rolling for migrants...
