Need help making a mod civ appear.

I have been working off and on on a BC civ. It used to work and now it doesn't. after 3 hours I still cant fathom why so I want to know if you guys see any civ-stopping faults with these things.

try changeing ther start biome and seting a max age.
trun on log map rejects in your int.

Agree, plus that's about the LAST thing *I* want to see from this kind of game - author spending valuable development time on useless graphics.

What are the file names for these files? Are they identical to the identifier at the top of the file?

Also, you have [ETHIC:ASSAULT:PERSONAL MATTER] rather than [ETHIC:ASSAULT:PERSONAL_MATTER], but I'm not sure if that's a show stopper.

This tag is seriously broken in the current version, if the creature using it isn't a mega-beast, it tends to mess everything up and cause spawns of them to be glitchy and random.
