Hello? Quinnr? Solifuge?

I know I haven't been around (been super busy) but I expected at the very least to come back to accusations of lurking! Seriously, what the hell?

Solifuge, you clearly spent some time writing that flavour text - how much have you devoted to going back and reviewing everything that has happened so far? After all, today is the most important day - one scum has been found, and the past should hold the key to who the other is. Now we just need to find it, and I doubt we can count on the rarely showing Quinnr to pull it off... or are you worried such an analysis might incriminate yourself?

Essentially: Who is scum, and how do you know?

Anyways, I STILL don't have much time, so you guys will have to handle it until I get another break. If I get a chance, I'll provide an analysis of my own.

Quinnr, start posting, you scumbucket. You've lurked this long - now take some goddamn time and post some content. Who is scum? What do you think of the lynch result (surprised?)? What do you think of the night kill? Most importantly, why aren't you here!?

The flavor text took me about 10 minutes of typing on a lunch break. Still haven't gone over any of the earliest posts, but I've gotten the gist. I was also expecting Quinnr to have posted by now. In honesty, both he and you have been scummy. Your excuse aside, I'm still surprised and suspicious of you not voting at all yesterday.

Nevertheless, my prime suspect is Quinnr. Toward the end of yesterday, when he finally posted, it was nothing but scumtells, defending Siquo, etc. Since he seems to be out of the picture for the time being, Glyph, why do you think he is suspicious? Why do you think I'm suspicious? And given what you know now, who would you vote for?

I should probably add that I had fully intended to vote before the day ended - it took me a bit by surprise, honestly.

I know much better understand the complaints when I closed threads like that in I//S//E. :/

Again, no time for the full analysis yet, hoping to get to that tonight, but based mostly on yesterdays actions - while I don't feel you're 100% clear, Quinnr seems more like scum to you. If you were scum that means you spent your time at lylo bussing your partner and buddying up to the proclaimed doc, a risky plan. And you succeeded! So why would you kill webadict? If he were alive, you'd probably be able to get him to lynch me or quinnr with ease, since he never really suspected you.

But he's dead. While you may be pulling some sort of crazy gambit, it doesn't make sense.

So I think it's Quinnr - as you said, he spent time defending siquo, pretty much refused to vote, didn't really scumhunt as far as I could tell...

I'm not going to vote yet - that's going to have to wait for a trawl of the past posts by both of you. But if I had to vote now, it would be Quinnr.

So, ARE you intending to do a full analysis on your own? Or are you just going to wait for me? If you had to vote, who would YOU vote for right now?

Is there any way we could get a prod on Quinnr, Vector?

Yeah, yeah.  1. It's the weekend 2. I'm still working on everything else.

So I'll probably just extend the deadline to Tuesday and say that if he hasn't posted by Monday morningish, he's getting prodded.

Blargh, it's hard to run a game.

If thats the case, I'm probably gonna hold off till Monday on the analysis - I got some RL stuff that desperately needs to get done.

I'm back. Was out of town for a few days, and didn't remember the game till now.
Now here is why I defended Siquo:

I thought he wasn't scum. He was active, (seemingly) searched for scum the whole game, and didn't do anything very scummy that I noticed. I was surprised at the result, but hardly suprised at the night kill. I figured Webadict was a Townie, for about the same reasons I thought Siquo was a townie.

I didn't vote for anyone because I had no idea who else was scum. I don't really know (which I guess shows how sucky a player I am).

Oh, for chrissakes.  I forgot this is Lylo.

AS SUCH, there is no particular deadline.  The way it will work is that once two people are voting for someone, the day will have a one-hour timer.  After that, the game is over, even if I'm not there to write up the lynch scene.

I'm writing D3's lynch flavor as we speak; with luck, the PMs from that night/dead chat access/whatever will be furnished tomorrow.  The aftermath of N4 might take a little while due to a study rush, but the hope is that they'll be done Monday/Tuesday.

Phew.  Anyway, hope you guys enjoy the show.

What if we unvote before the one hour timer is up? Does it stop?

I've got some bad news and probably wont be able to handle this (both analysis and voting) until wednesday night, since I doubt I'll even be online until then. Depending on how things go tomorrow, my absence might be longer than that, but I'll make sure to pop in and leave a note if that happens.

Sorry to drag the game down, especially when I'm pretty sure who the scum is, but I want a chance to look over the posts before I vote and it just seems like thats not going to happen just yet.

Well, this is a very interesting scenario. I actually suspected Glyph more than quinnr... I was hoping that a blatant show of suspicion on a player other than Glyph would get him to show his true colors and rabidly leap on him.

However, when I called quinnr out to talk, he responds with a flimsy "it's not me guys", without any suspicion to go with it. Just a few words attempting to explain away trying to keep a scum player from being lynched, not voting, and his lurking today, at LYLO.

Anyway, I'm at an impasse. Quinnr has been mostly absent and has nothing to contribute today. Glyph has been giving signs of overconfidence, buddying (on me, mitigated by token suspicion), and spent prior turns with high-conviction waffling all over the place. Moreover, neither of you voted yesterday on scum, which all together leave me without a clearly scummier player.

This is going to be fun, I bet.

P.S. I have no issue with delaying until you get a chance. Doesn't mean I don't want ot hear Quinnr's suspicions in the meantime.

So.

It's been two days.  Do we want to lock up shop, or is this game still alive?

I've only gotten back tonight, and wanted to handle ISE.

I should even be up now, and am about to return to trying to sleep.

I will do some stuff tomorrow.
