I can sticky this if more people are for it in here and speak up.  I have no idea how things should be organized in the general games area myself.  The reason I think ratings are iffy is because people fight over that sort of thing and without more infrastructure the numbers won't be very accurate.  I don't know how people feel about "calls to action".  As long as everybody can participate equally it is probably okay.
