I can't play your character for you. Describe what you're going to do in full detail, or I can't do it. You might as well say "do actions in such a way as to win".
I've already stated that there aren't any tin cans or anything on the island to melt glass. Even so, how would you achieve the incredible precision needed for glasses?
You're not blind. You poked yourself in the eye with a stick. It's not going to blind you for life, especially in this game. But I'll go ahead and assume you heal your eye with a sharp rock, then.

Org takes 1 kg of wood and makes a nice fire-hardened spear. He spends 15 hours foraging for fruit, gathering 4.5 kg. He gains a level in Gatherer!
Kadzar goes to the forest to collect branches. He finds 32 kg of wood and gains a level in Gatherer!
Grey goes to one of the rocky cliffs and tries to spear fish. He spears 2 fish in 4 hours for .5 kg of fish! He then spends half an hour cooking them, and then he does that twice more.
Nirur gathers fruit for 8 hours, yielding 2.4 kg of fruit. He gains a level in Gatherer! He then spends an hour making an atlatl, and one hour making a fire-hardened javelin (can be thrown as well as atlatled). He then starts building. He decides to build a stone granary. This will take 200 kg of stone and store 100 kg of food. Within 6 hours, he builds 12 kg of it.
Webadict tries to heal himself with a rock. Tuning his aura to the mystical properties of the element of stone, he stabs himself in the eye. He is bleeding badly! Panicking, he tries to heal himself harder and harder, smashing his skull open. He falls into the sea and the waves wash away his corpse.

The islanders quickly eat .3 kg bird meat, the fish, and 3.9 kg of fruit before they spoil.
Nothing comes in the night. The islanders were lucky.

Org does a 30000 ft free fall from the highest point into the ocean to recover Webadict's body.

Heh.
So you can sign up, but the islanders need 7.5 kg of plant matter of equivalent per day. Once they get a decent food store, other islanders will immigrate to their island. Then you can join up.
Of course, if Org dies, they won't need as much food...

Everybody on Org!

Sensing malicious intent, I call out an alarm. I practice my atl-atl skills on Org. If he survives that, I kill him with a rock. For the remainder of my turn, I'll build two more javelins for my atl-atl, another atl-atl, and another two javelins. After stating that they may be used by anyone who wants to hunt with them, I spent 8 hours gathering fruit, and the remainder of the day practicing my atl-atl aim.

Actually.

I start a vote for Org to be possessed/replaced with a spectator, since he clearly doesn't want to play anymore.

What's not to understand?

Wait. First I want to grab a sharp rock and kill everyone else.

These are the words of somebody who is tired of the game.
Also, I changed my turn. I'm making a second atl-atl, for whoever wants it. (Not Org)

Even if you do, Nirur is on a strict no-human diet.

Fine, if I go down, I will go down doing some good.

I will pick up a rock and hunt down a dangerous beast.
