I'm sorry, but I had to basically figure it out myself. If you read the text in the file around the graphics area it's not too difficult to get your settings fixed to a reasonable size. If you want someone to hold your hand, send me a copy of the .init file in a PM and I'll try to help you more proactively. This page is easier to read than the file itself, but it doesn't have much more helpful info (and it's outdated!):

It says something about the main index file being corrupted, whenever I try to start it :/

Copy the index file from the data directory from a vanilla copy of .06. He probably did a copy from an .05 version or earlier and overwrote it.

Is it possible for you to put up the tileset for those of us not using Windows? Or put up a .zip version? I will be trying the 31.03 version with 31.08, hopefully it will work and has your most recent updates.

My main issue with this tileset is that the uppercase and lowercase letters are completely inconsistent in terms of style, making some things look quite weird indeed.

By the way, I noticed you changed the weight character to a little weight saying "wt". I'm not sure if you knew this, but DF actually uses kilograms right now, in case you're interested.
