I accidently killed the first barman with my knife, I didn't mean too.
OH well, I then proceeded to knife as many people as I could find.

You should all be ashamed of yourselves.  The obvious solution is to chain the baby up at the entrance as a kobold detector.

According to the sign as you enter the bar in SoC, the world will end if you shoot the barman.

My guy kicks ass.

Weapons:  AN-94 Abakan with Scope and Silencer, will probably trade it for a G-36 or maybe a SIG 550, haven't decided yet.
Vintorez, NO IT DOES NOT SUCK SIR PSEUDONYMOUS, BULLET DROP IS NEGLIGIBLE AT ANY REALISTIC DISTANCE, THE ONLY REAL DISADVANTAGE IS THAT THE AMMO IS HARD TO COME BY SO IT'S BEEN KIND OF DEADWEIGHT FOR A WHILE BECAUSE I CAN'T FIND ANY BOOLITS

Armor:  Exoskeleton.  I also have a SEVA suit in a chest in the Freedom base and an enhanced Dooty SEVA suit in a chest in the bar.  Exoskeleton is awesome.  You can't sprint and the nightvision is poor, but you can literally see the bullets bouncing off of your chestplate.  It's kind of annoying actually, because the bullets all have those ugly orange tracers and you constantly see them flying up across your screen.

Artifacts:  Spring, Flash, and Slug.  I've also got like 20 kg in artifacts I'm just lugging around until I get to the ecologists, who do a lot of non-ecology experimentation :/

I also have like 47 antirads and a bunch of medikits, so does everyone else.  Someone tell me what assault rifle I should get.

That's got to be the result of the mods you're using then, because in vanilla it's useless. Just as the vanilla dragunov is perfectly accurate, but you're experiencing some bizarro version that shoots up (just to clarify: you're aiming the center of the scope at your target, right? Not one of the notches in the lower hemisphere, like you'd normally have to do with the vintorez? If so, then there's no doubt it's the result of mod changes). I also always found insane amounts of ammo for the vintorez (which I then dropped in my stash in the bar, along with all my other piles of ammo and other supplies).

Also, another reason to give the bulldog to Voronin: the duty merchant in the other building starts selling dragunovs and their ammo.

Buh.  What Duty Merchant?

Anyway, Vanilla STALKER also has bandits that can take like a full clip from the makarov.

I'll check out that Duty Merchant, I didn't know there was one.  If I can buy a Duty Exoskeleton I will gurgle and be happy forever.

Also, I am a hardass mofo.

I dunno, but I like the sound of an ordinary gun more than a silenced one. Plus I think they look weird on rifles.

And I still don't have anything to do about this Stone Flower artifact I found in the Clear Sky base. (Yes, inside the base, not outside, inside.). Even the fat bastard Sidorovich won't take it.

The silenced pistol I have has bad accuracy and jolts the aim around as a fire, might just be the gun though.

Is it the one with intergrated silencer? Get rid of that then.

Colonel Petrenko, I don't believe he sells duty exoskeletons, but he's in the building in the duty courtyard in the bar, next to the bunker Voronin is in.

Silencer's slightly reduce accuracy, I believe, and are realistically ineffective at preventing detection (though they do have some effect, without a doubt). I still tend to shove them on everything that will take them in clear sky, though. I also remove them from looted guns (same with scopes and grenade launchers), since they weigh much less I can maximize the efficiency of my carry capacity if I can't carry all the guns back to a merchant (and yes, I know I can just drag a corpse with the guns back with me, but that just seems cheesy).

Yeah, that one is worthless. Pretty much every single pistol in the game is better.

I thought suppressors reduce damage, while making it less noticable when you miss trying to snipe someone.

It's not the pistol I use mind you, I use the Fort-15 which is my favorite pistol right now.

I use a Desert Eagle because I like breaking my wrist and connecting with one out of three shots.

So there was a good thing about getting rid of that silencer.
