Playing as humans, question about moods

Like the title says, I'm playing a game as humans (I just removed the CIV_CONTROLABLE tag from the dwarf entry and added it to the humans), just for the hell of it, and I have a question about moods. I've had two people go into strange moods so far. I'd like to disable the ability for humans to enter strange moods. Could anyone tell me how to do that?

EDIT: NEERMIND! I'm stupid, I forgot you could turn artifacts off in init.txt.
