How much AP does it cost to build constructions?
Things that are "deployed" are built for free.

What about things that aren't deployed, like more wooden walls?

Where did that come from? I don't recall anyone asking about dreadnoughts or such...

15 AP due to the drugs.

Fire my shotgun at A10 (7AP)
Fire my Shotgun at C11 (7AP)

If, for some reason those two are dead, shoot at any dreadnoughts, then normal zombies.

No movement.


I didn't take into account the weapon or character involved, but it seems that a single shot is still unlikely to completely remove a dreadnought, although it should reduce it to the point that it is practical for someone else to finish it off...

Ah, I see.
A shotgun would probably be better on a dreadnought. Shotguns are kind of like snipers - they're very powerful, and if you use them on a normal zombie, you're basically wasting a lot of the shot.

Construct wooden wall at F7.

Move to G10.

Punch zombies and/or hit them with my wench for 8 AP worth of attacks.

Retreat to G5.
