Hrmmmmmm.
Okay, for the wipe, this is what I think I'll do.

Everyone will lose their character. They will restart with 10 PP and $250.
Pistoleer perks will be toned down to match the other classes.
Armour will give you HP, not DP. Armour will be a necessity, like a weapon. Many zombies will be ranged; you should expect to be hit for a steady amount of health each turn. You should have enough armor so that you can survive until the medic gets to you.
Medics will be the healers again, as well as being able to give buffs with injections.
Engineers will have much cheaper items. They will be able to build a limited number of field constructions (traps and such) before a round. Engineers will take over set explosives, like mines; demo men will only have thrown and fired explosives. Suggestions for engineering items are welcome.

Do you guys think this is good?

I assume you are talking about Survivor?
Survivor can shoot about 20 rounds a turn. At 1.125 hits per round, that comes out to 22.5 damage.
With a similarly priced gun, the .600 Nitro Express Revolver, you can shoot about 4 rounds a turn. With your buffs, that comes out to 48 damage.
Do you understand what this means? You are more than twice as powerful as Survivor. Now do you see the need for balancing?

I made it expensive because there is not a point to it. It is entirely a concession to you, because you wanted it; it does not serve a specific purpose. As such, you may get it if you like... but you will have to pay for it.
One could also make the argument that the Hero class is better than all other classes, because it has the Snake perk, which allows one to save another class.
