The car will fall behind for a turn while the car has no driver. The guy next to him will throw him in the trunk and jump into the driver's seat, and catch up the next turn.

Because your car is the single most problematic, you have only one passenger whose combat options are extremely limited, they need to be either adjacent to an enemy, or move over the spot they attacked to recover their ammunition. They cannot change their position so you have to come up with all the solutions yourself.
 And finally, your vehicle is in the middle, so if anyone is going to get in anyone else's path, it will be you.

You need to go after the bottom right motorcyclist.  He can do alot of damage with the molotovs.

 have one covered with a guaranteed kill and Panda bear has the other targeted with his boomstick. I think we already cleared out the right, since we also have throwing knives and molotovs.
