South Corea is my guess. I live in Michigan and: A) I'm too young to remember any good snowfalls and B) Other states and the west side of this one have been stealin my snow.

THERE'S TOO MUCH DAMN SNOW WHERE I LIVE! Lord almighty we already have like 3 feet, now we're getting another foot tonight. The snows deep enough that you could recreate WW1 trench warfare with snowballs and slingshots and barely use any of the snow  .

I could make a scale model of the Kremlin with all the snow in my yard...

Seriously though, I would bet just about every highschool has a person like that. Mine did.
Although the one at our highschool was pretty much fluent in Russian and actually had a soviet union cap and medals. 
He was pretty freeking awesome.

I personally prefer cold to heat. After all, you can add as many layers of clothing as you wish; but there comes a point where it is not commonly acceptable in public to remove any more when you are hot. And besides, saying "I walked to school uphill both ways in the heat" just isn't as good as saying "I walked to school uphill both ways in 4 feet of snow."
