Princess and the Frog: Finally a 2d Disney again, and makes it absolutely worth watching. Maybe too scary for the smaller children though. (Had some creepy parts with voodoo)
Evil guy is perfectly Disney in my opinion, great music, I loved it!

Sherlock Holmes: Must see, most funny! Only sad thing is that in my version they left out some parts which were in the trailer.

The Thing: Oldie, but a fun movie. Liked the way that people started panicking towards eachother.

Avatar: GOOD movie, not a must see, but if you catch the chance... go for it! :)

I've seen more movies lately, but I can't think of them.

I remember watching The Thing.

Really odd movie.  Paranoia fuel.

Sherlock Holmes - Pretty good.

Avatar - Lots of shiny and kaboom and a very predictable plot.

I just rewatched the Dick Tracy movie. I never appreciated it as a kid, and I can understand a lot more of what was going in it now than I could then.

Say "what" one more time.
"What"

That's an open invitation to being shot in the leg.

Just recently I've watched "Moon", a movie I somehow failed to hear about when it was released last year(and I've got a feeling that everyone else in the world missed it too)
http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/10009075-moon/
trailer,
It's an indie british sci-fi flick. It bears resemblance to 2001: Space odyssey in it's SF-hardness and it being essentially a one-man act(plus a robot). It's hardly a ripoff, though. On a contrary, it's very original, and quite gripping. At times it feels like watching a feature-lenght episode of "The outer limits", with it's focus on just one story-carrying idea, yet it doesn't feel shallow or incomplete.
If you're a movie and/or SF nerd, you'll notice that the questions it's tackling were rised before many times, in "The Prestige", "Blade Runner", the mentioned earlier "2001", and(somewhat less so)"Solaris". Still "Moon" manages to tell it's story in a compelling and throughly satisfying way, which makes it stand out in the otherwise barren landscape of recent SF releases.

Is it as mind-numbingly boring as 2001?
