Anyone seen Shoot 'Em Up?

It's like if someone took the doom guy, made him British, gave him special forces training, and then filmed it.

But then, life was also easier when I was running around here pretending to be a man, so I guess I should just "man up" and get back to work.

Just watched a film with me in it. That is, the name of the film is "A Film with Me In It."

A very black Irish comedy about a flat where people keep dying on accident within a short space of time. I wouldn't watch it again, but it was a very good film. It stars Dylan Moran (of Black Books fame.)

First ten minutes of play I ate my loincloth and then got some limbs torn off by a super friendly rat. Thumbs up from me.

I quite liked Dark Knight, but Batman Begins sucked. The villian was a man with a bag on his head - nothing more. Also taking the mystry out of batman sort of defeats the point imo.

also i like Dylan Moran, his stand up and balck books are pretty good, maybe il look for this film

Just recently I've watched "Moon", a movie I somehow failed to hear about when it was released last year(and I've got a feeling that everyone else in the world missed it too)
http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/10009075-moon/
trailer,
It's an indie british sci-fi flick. It bears resemblance to 2001: Space odyssey in it's SF-hardness and it being essentially a one-man act(plus a robot). It's hardly a ripoff, though. On a contrary, it's very original, and quite gripping. At times it feels like watching a feature-lenght episode of "The outer limits", with it's focus on just one story-carrying idea, yet it doesn't feel shallow or incomplete.
If you're a movie and/or SF nerd, you'll notice that the questions it's tackling were rised before many times, in "The Prestige", "Blade Runner", the mentioned earlier "2001", and(somewhat less so)"Solaris". Still "Moon" manages to tell it's story in a compelling and throughly satisfying way, which makes it stand out in the otherwise barren landscape of recent SF releases.

I only just watched the Shawshank redemption. I think it's in my top five favorites. Which is weird, because I don't have a top five, not yet. I guess it's no. 2.

Number one is Dr. Strangelove. Oh God, such a good movie.

I watched K-PAX today. Interesting movie for what it's worth. Decided to watch it over Coraline (which I have yet to see), since that movie was already too far in to catch it when K-PAX was already on.

I heard good reviews about it, what do you think?

Inglorious Basterds was good, and Fight Club was great, only I'm not supposed to talk about Fight Club...
