I don't understand why you guys say that sex helps you sleep so well. I find it terribly uncomfortable (although emotionally pleasing, sure) to not be able to sprawl in my bed. Also, women snore.

From what little research I just did (twelve seconds or so on google), it seems that men actually snore significantly more than women.

Of course, if you're already with a woman and they snore, that's a problem whether you have sex or not. Same with your sprawling problem.

Sure, you won't be able to have sex with them again, and you'll probably sleep on the couch from now on, but that's the cost of a good night's sleep.

I've never known a woman who didn't snore. Sometimes it's a chainsaw noise, sometimes it sounds like a tiny piglet, sometimes it sounds like an air in-take fan. Any woman who doesn't snore is one I have never seen asleep.

Seriously though, anecdotal evidence isn't really very good evidence anyway.
