That was my plan, I told you what I wanted to do. Hide, so we can try to backstab them after they pass.

But if they discover us, just fight.

And we should all gang up on Longsword Guy until he dies, in any event.

That's what I'm doing, I know they need to post to agree. But I'll do it anyway. Maybe if they don't hide the guards will find them and I can take the opportunity to sneak behind and attack from behind.

If someone doesn't post in combat do you just assume they are passive but that they will fight back if attacked?

Or do they just stand there and die?

Can you tell us what each one found? Like, X found the gold and Y found the vambraces? I assume right now the stuff is just lying on the ground.
