Ignacius moves forwards.

The bugbear throws another rock down at Rukkaz's head. This hits, doing 2 damage. [12/14]

Ulfgar and Urten also move up.

I am going to work on the assumption that, since there is nothing in the hallway that CJ can kill (besides the party) that what CJ means is that he wants to go and kill the only non-party member in sight. Who, rather than being down the hall, is in fact in the place above him. So he makes a climb check, and rolls an 11 against DC 10 (15 for a rough clay wall, -5 for being in a corner to help him up.)

The bugbear makes an attack of opertunity, but he misses it.

Haurach keeps on going.

Move so in line of sight/effect of the bugbear.  If I still have another action, Magic Missile the bugbear.

I'll take another 20-foot move and exchange my crossbow for my scimitar. I can't do jack this turn, but I can possibly climb up next turn.

Move so in line of sight/effect of the bugbear.  If I still have another action, Orb of Electricity, lesser on the bugbear at a +2 vs his touch AC

Edit: wait I forgot I did not have that today, I will color spray him instead. The will save DC is 13 and if he fails he is blinded and stunned for 1d4 rounds, then stunned for 1 round.

Everyone sucessfully moves into the location they wanted to move into. The Grungo lunges at Rukkaz with it's morning star, but misses completely. Urten casts Color Spray, stunning the bugbear for 3 rounds and blinding him for 2. Rukkaz hacks into the now vulnerable enemy (doing 6 damage) and Haurach hits with a magic missle (doing 2 damage).
