I've been thinking of trying to put an rpg in to the game for a while. So ive been wondering if any of u guys had any ideas to go with it.
   
   If u guys do just post my report and just try to give me help as soon as possible it will be very helpful.

ive forgot to tell u my idea i was thinking of making an IP adress rpg version of dwarf fortress. and its actually kinda hard.

  so i need the time to figure out the construct and stuff about it. and i will be able to try to make it if u know how to just make it and u can give me credit if u want

First off, signatures can be set in your profile. That way you don't always have to type them. It's a pretty common newbie forum mistake, I know I made it.

Anyway, your idea is very unclear. An RPG? If by that you mean your typical CRPG (Character RPG, including most MMOs, DnD, and the like) try adventure mode.

By IP Address RPG, do you mean a MMORPG? IE, online?

DF's system would be... resistant to that, to say the least. It's been thoroughly discussed before (use search!).

Lastly, Toady doesn't accept help, normally. Even from very proficient coders and designers.

Read the dev notes to get an idea of what he's working on.

oooooh sry i meant a crpg and forget about the ip i just meant crpg i wanted to make a better version of rpg like they can level for doing there class like mining, cooking, smithing, and all of that. sry about the mixup.

Isn't there like, Adventure mode and Toady saying he'll soon be able to let you mine and stuff in adventure mode like DF?

That's what I figured, it was him and his friend.

Anyway -and I literally do not mean any offense by this- stop posting, and start reading. Read all the dev notes, etc. That's all stuff you don't need to suggest.

For example, using all the Fortress Mode skills in Adventure Mode is already planned.

And download firefox. It has a spellchecker.
