AR15
Predecessor to M16

M16 Series, most likely the M16A1 or M16A2 due to burst fire.

AK47
IF you don't know that already know that you don't watch movies or don't play many games.

M4
Basically a shorter version of the M16 made for special forces.

M15

The M15 was a modified M14 developed as a replacement for the M1918 Browning Automatic Rifle for use as a squad automatic weapon. It added a heavier barrel and stock, a hinged buttplate, a selector switch for fully-automatic fire, and a bipod. Like the M14, it was chambered for 7.62x51mm NATO.

Firing tests showed that the M14, when equipped with the selector switch, hinged buttplate and bipod, performed as well as the M15. As a result, the M15 was dropped and the modified M14 became the squad automatic weapon. Accuracy and control problems with this variant led to the addition of a pistol grip, a folding metal foregrip and a muzzle stabilizer. The final design was designated as the M14A1.

It may also be another name for the M16 series.

Religion works in interrogation if the target has that skill. If you don't have religion or have lower religion skill than the target they'll resist your interrogation unless you use drugs. Same thing with business and science.

The MP5 is a submachine gun, and needs submachine gun ammo.

Also the best Armor is not Army armor. Army armor provides the best protection of the torso, but at a small cost to torso protection, SWAT armor provides more coverage, over the arms, face, head, and legs. I go with Swat armor given the opportunity.

For non-founders, they need 50 juice or a point of leadership skill to get their first recruit slot. Leadership skill is capped by juice though, and it's gained by having your subordinates gain juice, so only a handful of characters will have leadership before they have a recruit slot from juice -- football coaches, for example, should start with a point or two.

There are many ways to get juice, and their success depends on the character's ability to pull off what you're attempting. Combat can be fast juice gains, but it's very dangerous. Some people break into the courthouse and attempt to influence the jury, but you'll want lots of persuasion skill for that. You can try breaking into some of the industrial district buildings and smashing equipment or unlocking cages near the front doors -- as long as you get out fast, that's only really dangerous when you're breaking into the genetics labs. Your first 20 juice can be gained by causing trouble in the activation screen, and at least 50 juice can be gained through activation screen graffiti, though that's quite a bit slower than other methods.
