There's a corpse up above - I believe it's marked on the map, in Basement. We could use that.

Hmm. Not sure how I feel about that. The skeleton is already thoroughly desecrated, and the body up above is not. Plus, it's a slowly rotting corpse. I'd be worried about catching something while trying to butcher him.

I'd be tempted to bury him eventually, to be honest. It's too bad we'll never learn who he was.

Did it say if we recognized him? If he is one, all the more reason not to mess with him more than we already have. He could have been us, if we'd gotten here first. Of course, then we'd be him and not half as awesome.

The skeleton is already thoroughly desecrated, and the body up above is not.
We stole his clothes and wore his underwear ON OUR HEAD.
It was hilarious, I'll admit. But still.

We could tie a lenght of rope across the hallway.. knee high.. maybe use the spike to hold it in place..  then goad the skelly towards us.. hopefully it trips.. we bash.

Just as a note, the Flame-Thrower idea I posted earlier would probably work well on the bee-room. We should keep that in mind for later.

I should go to bed soon. Tired adventurer is tired.  :D

This is a good point. Still, all the more reason not to screw with him any more. It's not like we tea-bagged him, or something.

"Hold on there Mr. Skelly. I've gots to stretch this bit of rope across the hall so you trip over it when I let you charge me."

He's already spotted us again, so I doubt we'll have time to do this. Not a bad idea for next time though.  ;D

Yeah, let's do the pyro thing after we deal with this - that's a good idea.
Only problem is if the bees are too high. Or if they manage to sting us to death because we trip or something.

I vote chuck bomb and run.. maybe the hallway that it is in will contain/heighten the effect.

It sounds like the plan is to light one of these bombs and chuck it at the skeleton. Anything else?

Chucking a bomb at the skeleton sounds like a good plan to me

>You pull a bomb out of your pocket as the SKELETON, TERRIFYING LIFELESS ABOMINATION approaches. The skeleton gets into a fighting stance with its spear, taking advantage of its great reach.

You touch the fuse to your torch. You back away slowly to keep your distance as the fuse runs down, throwing it on the floor ahead of the skeleton. You continue backing up and so does the skeleton! A moment later the hissing fuse burns up into the end of the bomb and disappears. And then a gout of flames sprays from the hole! The bomb skitters wildly along the floor, generally toward the skeleton, and explodes nearby. An acrid white smoke fills the area. As it disperses you see the skeleton hopping toward you missing a leg and using the spear as a walking stick.

The skeleton is still out of melee range.
