Is that guy in back black or just dark?
I hope he's not black, because that would mean Black Persian Samurai.

Looks like the Viking Conquest game is half off right now on Steam. What do people think, is it finally worth buying?

I got it for 40% off and its rapidly become one of my more played mods, so yeah, I think its worth a go if its on sale.

Try Brytenwalda (there's an updated submod that combines alot of smaller mods called Brytenwalda Repolished) as well, its what Viking Conquest was based off of and it's pretty damn good.

For you fellas who played the story/sandbox and know what I'm talking about:

Ah yes, the insatiable lust of corn and rice, clearly two of the most erotic foods.

Personally I found Brytenwalda to be very eww. I have no idea how it got so popular since it seems like "babbys first mod" in comparison to polished masterpieces like Floris..

Must....resist....trollbait.....I CANT.

Personally I'm with you in terms of polish; Brytenwalda's pretty rough around the edges but it does have a lot of nice features I haven't seen anywhere else, like the improved siege mechanics for late game sieges and the little "mini-dungeons". And I kinda like the low middle ages time period it's set in too.

Floris's Expanded mod pack is just.....classic. I can't go back to playing native so long as I have that mod installed. It doesn't add new nations or anything, it just makes native sooo much better.

Both are different experiences and I love'em both.
